  • Weekend Processing: Orders placed during weekends (Saturday–Sunday) or public holidays will begin processing on the next operational business day.

3. Delivery & Transit Time

Once your order has been successfully processed, the estimated delivery transit time is 7–10 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier constraints, courier delays, severe weather conditions, regional factors, or other circumstances outside of our immediate control.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has officially shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link to monitor your package's delivery status online in real time.

5. Delivery Accuracy & Discrepancies

Address Accuracy: Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. While we make every effort to assist with address modifications, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

Failed Deliveries: Failed deliveries that occur due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect a parcel from a local pickup point may result in additional return and reshipment costs.

Damages & Discrepancies: If you are not satisfied with your order, or if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@wildwovenco.com.
