Important Address Notice:

Our registered business address in Buffalo, Wyoming (PMB) is strictly an administrative office and is NOT a return processing center. Returns sent there without prior authorization cannot be received or processed. All returns must be approved by our customer service team before being shipped to our authorized New York warehouse.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at: info@wildwovenco.com.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described. In such cases, Wild woven will fully cover or reimburse the return shipping costs.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories.
  • Products must be unused and in original condition, except where necessary for inspection.
  • Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
  • If items are returned used, damaged, or incomplete beyond reasonable inspection, a partial refund or deduction for loss of value may be applied where permitted by law.

Return Method & Restocking

Return Method: Returns are accepted only via postal shipping. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items qualify for reimbursement of return shipping costs. All other returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Restocking Fees: We believe in complete transparency—we do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).

Exchanges & Order Changes

We accept exchanges. Contact our customer service if you wish to modify your order; however, we have a strict cutoff time of 8:00 PM (EST, Eastern Standard Time). We will make every effort to update your information, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected at our US processing center, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued directly using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Consumer Rights Notice

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under applicable United States consumer protection laws. Under U.S. law, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund if a product is defective, unsafe, significantly different from the description, or not of acceptable quality.

Logistics & Shipping Responsibility

Shipping Responsibility: We are not responsible for delays or damage that occur during return shipping. Customers are encouraged to check their order within 24 hours of delivery and report any issues promptly.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a pickup point, we reserve the right to charge additional costs for return and reshipment.
