Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship worldwide?

No, we currently focus exclusively on serving our customers within the United States.

Where are orders shipped from?

We ship directly from our international fulfillment centers to eliminate overhead costs and provide you with the best possible pricing.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer **Free Shipping ($0.00)** on all orders across the United States, regardless of order size or eligible delivery location.

What are your processing and delivery timelines?

  • Processing Time: Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after our 8:00 PM (EST) cutoff time or during weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Transit Time: Estimated delivery takes 7–10 business days. Please note that these are estimates and can vary due to courier delays or weather conditions.

Can I track my package?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to monitor your shipment status online.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept return requests within **30 days** of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. For full conditions, please review our Refund & Return Policy.

Are there any restocking fees?

Who covers the return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if your item arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, Wild woven will fully cover or reimburse the return shipping costs.

Where should I send my return?

All authorized returns must be mailed directly to our fulfillment facility in **New York**.
Important Notice: Do NOT ship items to our registered office in Buffalo, Wyoming. That address is purely administrative and cannot accept product packages. Returns sent there without authorization will be rejected.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected at our US processing center, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within **7 business days**. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as it's completed.

Orders & Account Support

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to change your shipping address or adjust your order, please email us immediately. We accept modifications and exchanges up until our daily cutoff time of **8:00 PM (EST)**. Once an order has entered logistical processing, changes can no longer be guaranteed.
